Enjoy peace of mind and protect your loved ones by installing a snake barrier from PCAC. Rattlesnakes are extremely venomous and have excellent camouflage. It's not uncommon to pass by one several times before it can be detected. Children and family pets are the most common victims of rattlesnake bites. Don't wait until it's too late! Take preventive measures now and have Pacific Coast Animal Control install a potentially life-saving snake barrier today! Our PCAC installers are specially trained on the proper way to install snake fencing on your property. When installing snake barriers PCAC operates by the pinky rule. If your pinky finger can fit through it or under it, well then a snake can fit through it or under it also, and that area will need to be addressed.
Common access points for the Opossum and Racoon are under eaves, under fence lines, shingled roofing, gated entryways, thresholds, and much more. Our professional team has the experience and knowledge to quickly identify and repair these points of access. The most common access point in North County San Diego for Raccoons looking to den up and have babies is underneath eves where two roof lines meet.
Opossum and Racoon exclusion barriers and trapping
Frustrated at the continued encroachment of wildlife on valuable landscaping? Are raccoons continually making their homes in your attic or under your house? This can be a significant source of frustration and a financial burden. To prevent further animal or wildlife infestations, exclusion work is necessary.
Owl box fabrication, installation, repairs, and cleanout services are available. Owl boxes are beneficial to all types of properties! Best suited when there is a need for rodent and or gopher control! An owl box placed in the proper location by our professionals will attract a promising natural remedy for our customers seeking solutions to avoid poisons. When a vacant owl box is placed, a nesting pair will locate it and reside in it. Once the owl is living in its new box you will have an immediate reduction of rodents and gophers in the area. Between our Owl Boxes, and our trapping techniques on the ground, you can be assured that long-lasting control is possible without poisons! Owl Cams are available upon request!
Coyote Exclusion
If you have a Coyote problem, we strongly recommend exclusion techniques to eliminate access to your property. Many times Coyotes enter your property by digging under or jumping over your fence line. The installation of our Coyote Rollers on a tall fence line, along with our Below-grade Fence Extensions will help if not completely keep them from getting into your properties.
Coyote Trapping & Removal
When Coyotes exhibit behaviors of, predation of domestic animals or livestock, cause damage to crops and structures, take aggressive posturing, or attack humans, we advise trapping and removal. Please, do not attempt to capture Coyotes yourself! PCAC's technicians are state licensed and specially trained in humane Coyote trapping and removal.
Bat Eviction & Exclusion in San Diego
Bats are the only mammals that can fly. About 70 percent of bats are insectivores. Some of the smaller bat species are important pollinators of flowers and several plants are now dependent on them, to spread their seeds. The social structure of bats varies. Some species of bats lead a solitary life, while others live in colonies of hundreds or thousands of bats.
Bats are vectors for a large number of parasites and diseases including rabies, SARS Henipavirus, and possibly ebola virus. Many species also appear to have a high tolerance for harboring pathogens and often do not develop symptoms when infected. Although you should not have an unreasonable fear of bats, avoid handling them or living with them, as with any wild animal.
We don't pick up stray cats or dogs but we can help with other problem animals like Snakes, Squirrels, Skunks, Foxes, Rabbits, Groundhogs, Geese, Sparrows, Starlings, Pigeons, Mice, Rats, and more!
