*Pacific Coast Animal Control (PCAC) offers a 5-year warranty on its *360-degree snake fencing service. This warranty covers defects in the materials, construction, or installation of the fence during the warranty period.

Pacific Coast Animal Control 5-Year 360-Degree Snake Fence Warranty Information

PCAC's 5-Year 360-Degree Snake Fence Warranty is a comprehensive warranty that covers the repair or replacement of materials used in the construction of the fence, including labor costs, free of charge. However, it's important to note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by factors beyond PCAC's control, such as weather, vandalism, pets, vegetation, or other external factors. Additionally, the warranty does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance or repairs made by someone other than PCAC.

To ensure your snake fence is effective and your warranty remains valid, please follow the tips below. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact PCAC directly.

What is covered:

  • Free repair or replacement of materials or construction defects that make the fence unable to keep snakes out of the protected area, including both labor and material costs.

What is not covered:

  • The initial cost of installation, removal, and replacement of damaged sections of the fence or hardware caused by factors beyond PCAC's control, such as weather, vandalism, pets, vegetation, or other external factors.
  • Damage to the fence caused by improper maintenance or repairs made by someone other than PCAC, such as using the wrong type of tools or materials, or not following PCAC's instructions.

Warranty terms:

  • The service must be a 360-Degree Snake Fence Installation, meaning the area requested to be protected has a full enclosure from one snake proof point of the home, yard, pool, tennis court, etc. to another snake proof point and back or around and back to the fence itself creating a 360-Dergree perimeter.
  • The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the fence and is not transferable.
  • To file a claim under the warranty, please contact PCAC with a copy of the original service invoice.
  • Regular inspection and maintenance of the fence are required to keep the warranty valid. This includes trimming trees and shrubs near the fence at least two feet from the fence and promptly reporting any damage to PCAC.
  • PCAC will determine the scope of materials or repairs required and how to remedy the issue(s) if defects arise during the warranty period.
  • Snake fencing is a highly effective solution in keeping snakes out of a yard, but it's important to note that due to factors beyond PCAC's control, it's not covered under the warranty.
  • PCAC will charge for and bill accordingly for repairs made to damage that falls outside the scope of the warranty.

Tips to ensure your snake fence is effective and your warranty remains valid:

  • Inspect your new snake fence regularly for damage, especially in high-traffic areas such as latching gates or doors.
  • Any repairs needed should be reported promptly to and made by PCAC.
  • Trees and shrubs near your new snake fence need to be trimmed back regularly to prevent damage to the fence and keep snakes from using them to climb over the fence.
  • Avoid using harsh chemicals or pesticides near your snake fence, as these can damage the fence and make it less effective.
